We have free US returns.
You can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order, for an exchange, store credit or a refund.
Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed to be eligible for a return.
For returns outside the US, please still follow the instructions in the link above to return your products. If you are organising an exchange, you will be required to pay for the cost of the return shipping. If you are organising a refund or store credit, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
Where possible, please try to ship your products back in their original packaging, to protect the products while in-transit.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if the returned products are not received in new condition. We do not refund the original shipping charge.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for the processing to be completed. We will notify you via email once the refund or exchange has been processed. In the case of returns on orders purchased with a gift card and an alternate form of payment, the reimbursement will be credited back to the applicable gift card first.

When reaching out, please provide your order number along with a description and a picture of the issue. This will allow us to better understand and assist you with your concern.
Our footwear fits true to your normal size.
Our returns are free of charge for those in the US. You can generate the return label via the button above. All you need to know is your order number and which new size or colour you would like.
All items must not have been used, worn, or washed. Products must be in unworn condition to be eligible for return (refund or exchange).
Our returns are factored into our offsetting process – any planetary impact is offset.
