Please proceed through our portal below with your original order details, selecting "Recycling" as your return reason.

We want your old non-hylo trainers
We are taking back any used pair of trainers, from any company, and recycling them.
This is currently only available to US customers.
1. Use H151310310 as the order number
2. Use hello@hyloathletics.com as the email address
3. Click on 1 of the Non-hylo Recycling Products (selecting multiple products will not increase your credit allocation)
4. Select ‘Non-hylo Recycling’ as your return reason
5. Enter your email address and send your shoes back for recycling
